Origin: China, Yunnan Province, Kunming Harvest: April 2000, cave-aged until 2010 Taste: Aged in ceramic pots, this pu-erh earthiness is less intense than most pu-erhs; the taste is clean and sweet. Behind the Leaf: These ceramic pots are filled with 100 grams of small-leaf maocha from Yunnan Province. The pots were filled in April of 2000 and have been stored in a man-made pu-erh cave in the United States since then. The tea is sweet with age, and needs no rinsing. |
